Miscreants killed an elderly man inside an apartment building at Hervanta in Tampere late Thursday night, police said in a press release on Friday.
The victim was 64 years old.
Responding to an alarm police rushed to the spot and recovered the body of the decease.
The police, however, did not disclose the detail about the murder and the identity es of the victim.
Police arrested two men of their 20s in connection with the incident.
The reason behind the murder could not be known.
The police are investigating into the case as murder and trying to find out the motive of the killing.
