Glitch disrupts Nordea´s online banking
The online banking service of Nordea has been disrupting due to technical glitch on Monday following a regular maintenance work during the weekend, the authority and clients of the bank said.
“Some of our customers may experience problems when attempting to log in to Netbank or mobile bank. We will fix the issue as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers,” Nordea said in a notification on its website.
The authority said that over the weekend, it carried out regular maintenance work in the systems and the clients were informed in this regard in advance.
“These maintenance work have caused technical problems that have occurred today (Monday) for some of our customers in mobile and online banking functionalities,” said Nordea, adding that card payments and withdrawals were working normally all the time.
The authority is working to fix the situation.
“Some of our customers may still experience slowness when attempting to log in to mobile bank or netbank. There are some disruptions in Savings and investments section in mobile and netbank. We will fix the issue as soon as possible,” said Nordea.
The bank authority apologized to the customers for any inconvenience caused by the disruption.
