A new world-class CO₂research facility is to be constructed at UWA, and will form part of the National Geosequestration Laboratory (NGL).
The state-of-the-art facility is an important component of Australia’s efforts to achieve a carbon-reduced, resources and energy economy.
The research facility will see world-class scientists produce cutting-edge research into new techniques to capture and store carbon emissions in the most efficient and safe way.
Teaching labs will ensure students graduate with the highest skills and most relevant, accredited training.
